BRAUN RACING LLC.

Overview
Braun Racing has established itself as the most competitive independent team in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Founded and owned by Todd and Ralph Braun, Braun Racing currently fields three full-time entries in the series, including the No. 38 Great Clips Toyota, the No. 32 Dollar General Toyota and the No. 10 Toyota. Braun Racing also holds the distinction of being the first team to capture a pole position and win in the series for Toyota.

Services
Reviewed and evaluated primary aspects of operations, including but not limited to organizational and human resources management, financial planning and budgeting, corporate structure and communication, personnel and contract/legal negotiations. Subsequently identified and coordinated the implementation of various strategic improvements throughout operation, including Braun Racing Aviation, manufacturer relations (Toyota/TRD) and working in partnership with general counsel on contracts and other company legal matters.

Highlight
Negotiated with Toyota Motor Sales/Toyota Racing Development to identify and address areas of improvement for partnership between Braun Racing and TRD, resulting in new manufacturer agreement and improved relations between the parties.

BRIAN VICKERS LLC.

Overview
Brian Vickers is the lead driver for Red Bull Racing's NASCAR Sprint Cup team and at age 25, is already a 5-year veteran of NASCAR's top series. In addition to widespread respect for his sponsor, media and business acumen, Vickers is the youngest professional champion in NASCAR history by virtue of his 2003 Nationwide (Busch) Series driver's championship with Hendrick Motorsports. Highlights of his racing resume include earning Red Bull Racing’s first victory and place in the 2009 Chase for the Championship, 11 career Cup poles, 2 Sprint Cup Series wins to date and an impressive history of victories and record-setting accomplishments from WKA karting to the Allison Legacy Series, NASCAR Late Model Stock and USAR Hooters ProCup Series.

Long-term development of Brian Vickers’ career from 1998-2008, including direct overall management from 2003-2008 of personal and professional business affairs: supervised creation, organization and development of driver's business portfolio, including private management corporation, as well as multiple additional business entities including aircraft ownership/operation and licensing/marketing firms. Duties included but not limited to general management, internal staffing and human resources planning, marketing, branding and endorsements, contract negotiation, legal, financial and insurance liability coordination, public relations/media and driver personal skills development.

Highlight
At a sensitive and critical crossroads in Vickers' personal life and professional NASCAR career, developed and negotiated his highly-debated career move from Hendrick Motorsports' No. 25 team to become the lead driver for the new Red Bull Racing/Toyota program in 2006. This strategic move has subsequently proven highly successful for all parties involved, with Vickers recently announcing a multi-year extension of his partnership with RBR.

BLV MOTORSPORTS INC.

Overview
BLV is the race team founded in 1998 for which driver Brian Vickers drove exclusively during a 5-year period between 1998-2002 in the following series: Allison Legacy, NASCAR Weekly Racing, USAR Hooters ProCup and NASCAR Busch Series. The team and driver set multiple records in each series, eventually leading to Vickers signing with Hendrick Motorsports for 2003, and a majority of the team's former employees are successfully employed today with many of NASCAR's top teams.

Services
Managed various aspects of race team operations, as well as development of driver Brian Vickers' career and personal skills. Duties included but were not limited to business development, organizational management, sponsorship, marketing and public relations activities.

Highlight
Directed group for over 14 months in leveraging primary sponsor EMP/Stewart's relationship with National Automotive Center (NAC) to solicit U.S. Army Recruit Command on benefits of NASCAR team sponsorship. While the effort was materially responsible for convincing the U.S. Army to formally enter NASCAR and the Army's final decision to align with another team in the Cup Series was initially viewed as a material setback, those collective developments ultimately set the pathway for pursuit of the signing of Brian Vickers by Hendrick Motorsports.

CV PRODUCTS INC./XCELDYNE TECHNOLOGIES

Overview
CV Products is one of the racing industry's leading manufacturers and distributors of innovative and high-tech components. Founded in 1988 by Clyde Vickers, the company has evolved over the past 20 years from its origins as a distributor primarily serving professional oval track engine builders to a diverse developer of engine, chassis and racecar components and technology that reaches across virtually the entire motor sports spectrum at all levels. Xceldyne Technologies is the state-of-the-art design, engineering and CNC-machining partner company of CV Products; Xceldyne specializes in titanium valves and valvetrain-related technology, as well as manufacturing a wide variety of other premium motor sports components.

Services
Instituted various programs to grow and diversify the company from oval track engine components with new products, manufacturer agreements and trackside service programs in new markets including drag racing, dirt racing and road racing. Various organizational management techniques designed to facilitate company transitional growth were also implemented throughout the company. During tenure, company expanded from 25 to 90+ employees, added several ancillary divisions including acquisition of CA-based manufacturing firm and realized over 50% increase in sales. Also developed and managed expansion of in-house marketing department, including but not limited to advertising/graphic arts, marketing, sponsorship and web development, as well as coordination with other operational departments.

Highlight
The diversification of the company into new product lines and new motor sports markets, including but not limited to drag racing, road racing and emerging markets, development of a comprehensive sales and at-track professional race support program and input into strategic and economic development negotiations associated with successful acquisition of Xceldyne.

DOUG HERBERT PERFORMANCE/SNAP-ON RACING

Overview
Doug Herbert is one of drag racing's most well known personalities. In addition to owning and managing a mail-order performance parts business, Herbert began competing in NHRA's Top Fuel class in 1992 and quickly made history as only the 2nd-ever driver to eclipse the vaunted 300mph barrier. He became a regular contender on the circuit with 10 victories to date and also dominated the IHRA series' Top Fuel class in the mid-1990's with 4 championships and 20 wins. His first major corporate sponsorship was from Snap-On Tools, a relationship initiated in 1992 which evolved to a primary sponsorship in 1995 and which Herbert successfully leveraged for 16 years - one of the longest in motor sports.

Services
Coordinated directly with company owner to manage operations for mail-order parts company, which included technical sales, marketing and warehouse staff. During tenure, company recovered from early business growth issues, increased sales approx. 40% and expanded into numerous new product and customer markets. Also supervised marketing, sponsorship and public relations program for NHRA and IHRA Top Fuel team. During tenure, team earned consecutive IHRA T/F world championships, secured primary sponsorship from Snap-On Tools and subsequently developed into accomplished Top 10 NHRA Top Fuel program.

Highlight
In addition to the stabilization and diversification of the parts business, which resulted in renewed growth, similar management efforts and the team securing Snap-On Tools as a primary sponsor in 1995 secured the viability of the racing program and provided a solid foundation for the long-term success of both business entities.
