We also understand that our type of client, including but not limited to privately-held or family-owned firms, have particular needs that most other traditional consulting companies simply do not understand or are not well-positioned to adapt and engage for effective results.
Resolution offers its clients the unique ability to adapt to a variety of project terms for its clients, from per-case advisory roles, to consulting on temporary projects or long-term key man support. Resolution Management & Marketing LLC. was founded by principal and managing member Eric Giangiordano, a multi-task oriented business executive with nearly 20 years of diverse management, sales and marketing experience.
Giangiordano's educational background includes graduating with honors from Villanova University's distinguished School of Business. Complimenting his diverse management experience with drivers and teams in NASCAR and other motor sports, as well as other business fields including general aviation, is his leadership skills honed at an early age as a member of the exclusive Eagle Scout ranks. On the technical side, Giangiordano has actually built race engines and contributed to the development and sale of innovative products and technology with some of the most respected competitors in the industry. He has drafted a variety of talent, management and other legal agreements and managed complex contract negotiations to deliver long-term success and security for his clients. In the sales, advertising and marketing field, Giangiordano has a broad range of accomplishments ranging from developing companies’ in-house structure and staff, to designing many recognizable trade and service marks and extensive content creation across all common media platforms. It's those kinds of diverse accomplishments that provide Resolution with such a broad perspective on behalf of its management, marketing and sales services to clients.
He has successfully developed and implemented branding, sales, marketing and general business plans for a variety of businesses and has served in executive management positions with some of the most recognizable and successful names in the corporate, sports and entertainment industries (see "Case History by Our Principal").
